As part of our team youll:
- Lead complex highimpact initiatives aligned with BTS principlesintegrating demand development and service management for full lifecycle value delivery.
- Collaborate with business leaders developers and datadriven thinkers in a shared language and governance model that scales across functions.
- Apply both gatebased and agile sprintbased methods combining clear planning with fast effective .
- Help organizations shift from isolated IT initiatives to comprehensive businessdriven transformations supported by AI and automationready capabilities.
To Succeed in This Role You Should Have:
- 5 years of experience leading business transformation and technology projects (ERP CRM ITSM AIpowered automation or similar).
- A proven track record of driving technologyenabled business change in a customerfacing role.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile DevOps Waterfall etc..
- Fluency in English and Polish
