We are currently seeking a Mechanical and Industrialization Team Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo Italy!
The Mechanical Team Lead will oversee the industrialization engineering team ensuring the successful design development and implementation in production of the products. This role involves leading a team of engineers managing projects and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products.
What kind of work will you be doing
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
- Oversee the design development and testing of mechanical systems and products.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as electrical engineering manufacturing and quality.
- assurance to ensure seamless project .
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What will make you successful
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and CAD software (e.g. CREO SolidWorks etc..
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
