A Geophysicist (Supervisor) is a burgeoning technical leader in the Company. They are responsible for supervising daytoday activities on geophysical projects including both fieldwork and reporting elements. They are responsible for leading the planning on survey strategies during fieldwork including large complex and nonstandard (e.g. GPR EM multimethod etc) projects.
They are responsible for ensuring their office and fieldwork work hits or exceeds targets and deadlines. Additionally they will play a key role in staff development and training as well as feeding into the development and support of analysis technical and research activities within the company.
Capacity for fieldwork should average 4050 of the time with an emphasis on supervising complex and/or nonstandard projects and training and development for junior staff members. This role will also entail line management of junior staff.
