Job Description
Role Overview:
The Associate Leadership Office will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high impact special projects that drive the growth and engagement of the THub community. This role is ideal for colleagues who like to roll up their sleeves and get things done and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and execute special projects aligned with THubs vision.
Conduct market research data analysis and benchmarking to support decisionmaking.
Rally internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the intended goals
Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
13 years of experience of total experience Strong analytical research and problemsolving skills.
