Job Description
Position Overview
As a Parts Manager at our dealershipyou will be responsible for overseeing the inventory ordering and distribution of parts for trucks and other vehicles. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work closely with the service department to ensure timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory levels and ordering parts as needed
- Coordinating with the service department to fulfill repair orders
- Tracking parts usage and ensuring accurate records
- Handling customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
- Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Communicate effectively between customers writers and technicians
- Process returns and warranty claims accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in parts and/or parts management
- Valid drivers license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Basic working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Computer proficiency
- Teamoriented with a positive cando attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed
