You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry sound experience as Front Office Manager and at best Room Division Manager
You have gained some experience in the housekeeping area
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
You have a strong guest and service orientation and enjoy dealing with an international guest audience
You are a team leader and always have an open ear for the questions and problems of your team
An independent selfreliant way of working as well as a confident demeanour and commitment are a matter of course for you

Rooms Division Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Ensuring & organising a smooth operation of the Front Office & Housekeeping departments taking into account guest satisfaction
Increasing guest satisfaction
Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere within the department as well as personal and friendly guest contact for all employees
Compliance with the corporate philosophy
Induction management development coaching & talent promotion of the teams in the relevant area including trainees
Involvement in arrangements for major events and responsibility for arrangements and communication in the departments
General increase & further development of KPIs per department
Support in the strategic orientation and achievement of the defined goals
