We are hiring for our client a wellestablished and highly regarded law firm seeking a NonContentious Construction Lawyer to join their growing team in London. The Role
- Advising on all aspects of noncontentious construction law including contract drafting and negotiation
- Working with developers contractors funders and occupiers on major projects
- Supporting large infrastructure commercial and residential development schemes
- Collaborating with a national construction law team acting for a diverse client base
- Taking early responsibility for client matters with strong partner support
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in noncontentious construction law
- Ideally 5 years PQE
- Strong knowledge of JCT NEC and other industrystandard contracts
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ambitious and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team
