ING Hubs Romania offers 130 services in software development data management nonfinancial risk & compliance audit and retail operations to 24 ING units worldwide with the help of over 1700 highperforming engineers risk and operations professionals.

The Mission
SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) is an ING Group Initiative which is targeting the digital transformation of our Business Banking at group aim is to provide a foundation for global development of solutions and features for Business Banking clients. This will enable us to unlock synergies between countries in the digital transformation and avoid duplication going forward.
Your day to day:
- You help your team develop through coaching mentoring and constant feedback
- Code review knowledge sharing testing
- Prepare and participate in releases of software components using the automated CI/CD pipelines
- You are in charge of the how how to build an efficient high quality solution based on the requested functionality
- Strong knowledge of the web platform: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript ES modules web components
- Relevant experience designing web applications with several frameworks/libraries: Polymer LitElement ReactJS VueJS AngularJS Redux
- You are responsible for HR related activities: 1 to 1 meetings with your team members performance management target setting
- You work with the recruitment team to attract onboard and retain top talent (people management activities: 40 engineering activities 60
What you bring to the team:
Knowledge and experience:
- You hold a University/Master degree in information technology
- Experience with coaching and motivating team members
- Design and develop highvolume lowlatency applications for missioncritical systems delivering highavailability and performance
- Investigate and give resolutions for defects (in test acceptance or production environments)
- Familiar with CI & CD code quality (Azure DevOps Gitlab Jenkins Artifactory Ansible)
- Experience in working using the Agile methodology
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
Nice to have:
- Experience with security components and secure coding
- Experience in network components and infrastructure
