Senior Action Officer The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Action Officer (Program Manager). RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary interface with senior client leadership within the DHA maintaining regular communication to provide updates address issues and ensure alignment on program goals.
Regularly engage with executive leadership to assess progress evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the success of the program.
Assist in the development review and refinement of policy proposals and program documents ensuring they align with DHA standards and objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired
Organizes directs and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
Knowledgeable in policy proposals and program documents.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules.
