Part Time Retail Associate

Our facility includes a stateoftheart indoor shooting range an extensive Pro Shop stocked with a wide selection of firearms ammunition accessories and tactical gear from leading a fullservice restaurant and a variety of training programs for all skill levels.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a customerfocused and energetic Retail Associate to join our team at 88 Tactical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service assisting customers with their purchases and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position requires a positive attitude a willingness to learn about products and services and a commitment to meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance with their purchases
- Process sales transactions using a computerized pointofsale system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with merchandise displays and restocking
- Answer customer questions about products and services and provide information on promotions and sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment including sweeping mopping dusting and taking out the trash
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory shipments
- Assist with other store duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Previous firearm knowledge preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
