Experience: Min5 Years in Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry CNC VMC HMC
Salary budget: up to4.50 LPA
Education: BE /DME

- Practically exposed to complete CNC machining operationsHMC/VMC/HBM 3 axis4 axis & 5 axis machineVTLm/c& Turning m/c&CNCpartprogrammingFANUC MAZAK HEIDENHAIN SEIMENScontrol.
- Expertise inNew component machiningtryoutsand provingFixture setting Component drawing studySubassembly operation & fulfilling theproductiontarget through workload distribution.

- ResponsibleforcontrollingrejectionsandRCCA.
- Responsibleforimprovingtheoperatorsskillsetbyprovidingtheinputforthe trainingrequirementbyupdatingskillmetrics.
- Responsibleforimplementingnewimprovementprojects.
- The overallshiftinchargeresponsibletomeetthetargetsandassigningtheworktotheCellleaders/knowledgecellleaders.
- Jobrelatedresponsibilitiestoachievethedaytodaygoalsofproduction.
- CoordinationwithPPCplanningandschedulingofproductioninconsultationwiththe shopincharge.
- Dailyproductionfeedback is giventotheshopincharge.
- Planedandachievedthegiventargetsduringtheshifts.
- Directandissuetimelyinstructionstothecellleaders/knowledgeleadersandoperatorsforachievingtheproductionduringtheshifts.
- TimelyinformationonattendancetoHRforprocessingthesalaryupdatingtheoperatorsskillsets.
- Disciplineactionfornoncomplianceinconsultationwiththeproductionhead.
- OEE improvement & analysis of inhouse rejection COPQ & preparation of detailed actionplanand through the PDCA cycle.
- Involved in Complete CNC Programming fixture setting tryouts process mapping preparation ofcontrolplan FAI FMEA APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.
- Involved in CapacityplanningPlantfacility budgeting completeplantlayout finalizations.
- Working for implementing TPM 5S KaizenPokayokeKanban) in a machine shop for higher productivity by reducing various losses.
- Taken full responsibility for recruiting interviewing hiring and training personnel within 90 of capacity.
- Also involved in the Greenfield project of establishing a new stateoftheart machine shop for the new business opportunities.
