They are looking for a Sales Ledger / Invoice Administrator who is looking for their next challenge.
What will you be doing as a Sales Ledger Administrator
Invoicing all live contracts daily
Liaising with the accounts team to check account status and issuing proforma invoices when requested
Dealing with any invoice queries
Raising purchase orders
Running daily reports on sales and outstanding POs
Raising credit notes
Checking with departments on works completed before issuing final invoices
You should apply for the role of Sales Ledger Administrator if you have
Previous experience using SAP (desirable)
Ability to work within a team and independently when required
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A friendly telephone manner
Working knowledge of Excel Word and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail
