Job Purpose
To be a part of the Central Business IT team with an objective to deliver value using IT tools and be an expert in the areas of

Analytics
Designing major aspects of the architecture of custom applications including components such as user interface middleware and infrastructure.
Responsible for quality delivery of services as per the defined Service Levels Stakeholders Management Technical documentation Training delivery and Continuous improvement of services.
Work Experience: 8 10 years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Key Technical Skill Required
- AspenTech Historian (IP21 and A1PE) or similar Process Historian
- Applied Statistics for process control
- MS Power Platform (Power BI Power Apps Power Flow)
- Python for data analysis apps development
- UI/UX design and highlevel development
Key Functional Skill Required
- Requirement gathering
- Change Management
- Business process analysis
- Project management
Key Result Areas
Conduct refresher courses
Share technical and best practice process knowledge.
Set up a platform for knowledge sharing of best practices.
Direct service desk team 3rd party) and facilitate incident and problem resolution.
SLA adherence and reporting on periodic basis.
Monthly review with each Unit prepare action plan for fixing gaps.
Performing design reviews
Ensuring that uniform enterprise wide application design standards are maintained
Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements.
