Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy development and execution of digital banking channels
- Work with cross-functional teams (cash management operations design engineering compliance) to deliver projects on time
- Ensure platform reliability scalability and security
- Stay on top of digital trends and recommend new features or platforms
- Improve digital adoption and engagement through better UX and feature releases
- Set KPIs and track the performance of digital products
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships where needed
- Lead and grow the digital development team
Job Requirement
- 7 years of experience in digital product or channel development ideally in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies APIs payment card schemes system optimization and integration
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex digital projects
- Good balance of technical know-how and business sense
- Clear communicator problem solver and team player
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science IT or related field
- 13th month salary
