Who Youll Be Working With

As a Lead Data Engineer youll be at the forefront of shaping Alli our cloudbased AIpowered platform that helps some of the worlds most recognizable brands make smarter marketing decisions.
Youll lead a highperforming team of data engineers collaborating with Product Managers Designers and crossfunctional teams to design and deploy scalable efficient and reliable data products. Your work will directly impact how brands leverage AI and data to optimize performance drive innovation and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
This role isnt just about building data pipelinesits about leading a team thats constantly pushing boundaries exploring emerging AI technologies and transforming how brands engage with their audiences. What Youll Be Doing
- 5 years of experience in data pipeline development delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 1 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and growth.
- 2 years of experience with dbt or other data transformation platforms to optimize and manage data workflows.
- Proficiency in backend technologies including Python and JavaScript (Node.js) for building and managing datadriven applications.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs data architecture and SOLID engineering principles to ensure efficient and maintainable solutions.
- Handson experience with automated testing CI/CD pipelines and cloudbased deployments to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure with handson experience using data services like Redshift BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Experience working with ETL frameworks and data modeling techniques to optimize data accessibility and performance.
- Understanding of data governance security and compliance best practices to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customerfocused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.

Nice to have qualifications:
- Interest or familiarity with the Digital Marketing industry.
- Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of infrastructureascode tools like Terraform or Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
