This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Great Southern Inn!
What youll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
Qualifications :
What youll need:
- Experience working in a handson team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venues menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential
- Flexible availability
