Essential Functions
Create and assess programming and educational resources to create awareness and understanding of concerns related to gender LGBTQA and multicultural populations. Develop and conduct trainings and presentations. Make assessments and provide intervention resources to individual students who have specific and immediate needs making referrals as appropriate. Compile and analyze information/data and reach sound decisions and conclusions. It is important to note that while the work of this position largely occurs in an office setting programming may occur in a variety of locations including the Student Union Student Services Center Residence Halls or other locations. A flexible schedule will be established as evening and weekend hours will be expected at times. In order to be effective it is expected that this position must create interactive working relationships with key offices departments and individuals on campus and in the community. 1. Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 pounds 5. Reaching for objects at above and below shoulder 6. Occasionally twisting at waist and stretching to reach objects 7. Keyboard skills
Preferred Qualifications
