Job Description
Designation:Client Servicing/Account Manager
Location: Noida (onsite)
Shifts:7 PM to 4 AM IST
5 days of working Saturday Sunday fixed off.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- As an Account Manager you should be having good sales mindset and Customer focused approach.
- Youll be responsible to check and update the status of on the ongoing positions contract getting over renewal as per date etc.
- Should build rapport with customers.
- Experience in call centre environment.
- Open to learn US Staffing process.
- Developing and maintaining new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
- Regular interaction and Followup with customer/clients identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Requirement gathering.
- Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals submitting the consultants negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedules and closing the best deals.
