  • Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Buffalo NY USA Eastern time

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to blend healthcare expertise with relationship management in a role that truly impacts lives. As a Client Follow-Up Representative & Account Manager you ll serve as the vital connection between the clinic and its extensive client base ensuring every patient receives comprehensive care and stays informed about life-changing treatments. This isn t a traditional sales role - it s about education support and helping men discover the full spectrum of services available to optimize their health. You ll work with cutting-edge CRM technology manage meaningful client relationships and play a crucial role in the clinic s mission to help men achieve their best health outcomes.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized follow-up communications with 300 existing clients through phone calls emails and text messages to ensure treatment satisfaction and ongoing wellness
  • Educate clients about available services they may benefit from including specialized treatments for erectile dysfunction hormone optimization and wellness programs
  • Master and maximize the GoHighLevel CRM system to streamline client communications and enhance relationship management
  • Transform and upload client databases from Excel into the CRM system creating organized and accessible client records
  • Design and implement automated drip email campaigns using professionally crafted templates to keep clients informed about services and promotions
  • Facilitate appointment bookings through integrated booking portals and provide clients with convenient scheduling links
  • Maintain detailed HIPAA-compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment discussions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about treatments procedures and clinic services
  • Manage social media presence on Facebook and Instagram during available time creating engaging content that promotes men s health awareness


Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM system (this is essential for success in the role)
  • Medical background strongly preferred particularly nursing experience or demonstrated ability to learn medical terminology through comprehensive training materials quickly
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear professional speaking voice suitable for healthcare conversations
  • Proven experience in customer service account management or client relationship roles
  • Empathetic and professional communication style appropriate for sensitive healthcare discussions
  • Ability to educate and inform rather than pressure or hard-sell services
  • Social media management experience with Facebook and Instagram platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing large client databases
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining high productivity and professional standards
