Located in Manila our ideal candidate has solid experience of leading Marketing Operations teams to succeed within a global organization. They will contribute to revenue growth and build a winning brand reputation to attract target audiences with laser precision. You have probably gained your experience in a global B2B corporate / business marketing and communications function in a financial institution or in a technology / IT environment. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders from Csuite leaders through to sales business development technical teams enabling you to stay close to evolving business needs.
Your Responsibilities
As Senior Manager Marketing Operations you will be part of RepRisks global Marketing & Communications team reporting directly to the Associate Director Digital Marketing (London). You will lead and empower a small team of Manilabased Marketing experts who play an important role in driving revenue growth and building brand reputation for RepRisk the worlds most respected data technology company for business conduct and ESG risk.
You will provide expertise on how to maximize the use of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) Salesforce and other industry standard tools to increase the impact of RepRisks Marketing activities. You will be responsible for guiding your team in the delivery of global marketing campaigns and projects that shape audience perceptions of RepRisk as a thought leader and reinforce our brand positioning. You will motivate your team based in Manila and establish automated and structured endtoend processes that bring scale and deliver efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop RepRisks Marketing Operations Team in Manila Philippines.
- Inspire nurture and guide your team to shape and deliver highly targeted lead generation campaigns and other client marketing activities to achieve business goals.
- Manage lead generation and lead nurturing activities in close collaboration with our Commercial Operations Business Development and Sales teams.
- Guide your team in their effective use of marketing systems and tools imparting your expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to drive results Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Leverage SEO strategies analytics and A/B testing to drive traffic conversion and engagement.
- Establish monitor track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders in quick to digest formats that spotlight success and support continuous improvement.
- Establish governance for marketing operations clear processes systems and tools that enable the team to scale automate and optimize delivery.
- Foster collaboration with Brand colleagues to ensure that content produced adheres to our brand visual identity standards and guidelines and those of Partners as required.
- Manage project resourcing within your team ensuring that work is scheduled according to prioritized business needs and stakeholder expectations are handled proactively.
Qualifications :
You Bring
- 10 years experience managing B2B marketing operations teams in global companies ideally in the financial industry or in technology / IT / digital / engineering organizations.
- Bachelors degree: Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field. Professional qualifications in Project Management and Marketing Operations are also considered.
- Experience in guiding and motivating teams setting direction decisionmaking and problem solving planning and organizing projects as well as workflow management.
- Solid experience of using Salesforce as a CRM system leveraging marketing automation platforms especially Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and utilizing campaign tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Experience of implementing and optimizing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the journey ensuring smooth operations across the marketing funnel.
- Embed criteria and processes for identifying marketingqualified leads (MQLs) and adhering to lead scoring frameworks to prioritize and qualify leads effectively.
- Data and Analyticssavvy you are familiar with using Google Analytics and have experience of implementing SEO strategies to optimize website performance.
- Ability to develop endtoend processes and establish governance mechanisms that enable projects to be planned prioritized created reviewed approved and published.
- Proven track record of delivering targeted multichannel client campaigns that leverage digital channels (website email social media) to drive prospect to client conversation.
- Adept at collaborating with content and campaign teams to deliver timely and personalized automated email sequences and other lead nurture content.
- Strong communication skills are a must. Fluent (near native) English speaker and every other language is a plus!
