Role Summary:
The Marketing Operations Lead drives the strategy implementation and of all marketing operations. This role ensures successful campaign management and lead flow optimizes the marketing technology stack delivers process efficiencies develops reporting and analytics on the marketing funnel and drives crossfunctional collaboration between Marketing Sales and other stakeholders. It requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies top of funnel management performance tracking and data integrity. This role requires someone who can balance strategic leadership with operational .
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain a sustainable operating model that allows for both running the business (campaign and scaling the business (infrastructure and process improvements).
Manage the integration of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot Marketo Outreach) with CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of leads opportunities and customers.
Partner crossfunctionally with Demand Gen Events and Product Marketing teams to support integrated programs that drive enterprise pipeline growth.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to marketing campaign effectiveness and automation initiatives providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes including standard operating procedures best practices and guidelines for internal stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
58 years of Marketing Operations experience B2B SaaS startup experience preferred
Proven experience in the setup configuration and management of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo HubSpot and similar tools to streamline marketing workflows and campaigns. Expertise in implementing integrations with CRM (Salesforce) and reporting marketing KPIs through Salesforce.
Proficient in making datadriven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns and the marketing funnel.
Passionate about operational excellence and building scalable frameworks.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders and leadership.
