About the role
As a Senior Adviser Business Partnerships your focus will be to develop and grow relationships with corporate philanthropic and other partners to secure income generation drive strategic value and build nonfinancial support for Red Cross work.
This role will have a strong focus on acquisition of new government corporate and philanthropic partners through targeted prospecting industry networking and identification of new opportunities.
What you will bring
- Lead the acquisition of new longterm partners ability to screen potential partners develop engagement and communication plans and facilitate a smooth transition of the relationship along the donor journey from acquisition to retention and growth
- Manage a portfolio of existing relationships with partners that provide financial pro bono or inkind support for Red Cross
- Ensure the achievement of annual income and other nonfinancial targets. You will be highly motivated creative and resultsdriven
- Lead pitch and proposal development involving the Partnerships Managers Leads members of thePartnerships team and other organisational stakeholders
- Ability to maintain knowledge of competitive landscape clients and market trends relevant to Red Cross strategic positioning identifying opportunities for growth and access to customer channels across multiple income streams such as causerelated marketing rewards and campaigns
