Job Description

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovativeBusiness Development Managerto lead our Enterprise Strategy business line developing managing and supporting related servicesportfoliothat focus onproviding best practices and excellence methodologies in the domains of ITSM Information Security Business Continuity GRC Risk Assessment Security Compliance IT Quality and Enterprise Architecture.

Business Development Manager is the ultimate owner for managing and developing a group of solutions/products and related services working closely with all companys departments to achieve the companys goals.



Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop business plans that contribute to the continues services development for assigned workloads.
  • Identify and develop business units unique selling propositions and differentiators and be able to project our services as the bestinclass.
  • Make sure any assigned service or product is well defined by developing and following service catalogue process.
  • Engage directly with sales team in developing the relationship with companys key accounts by introducing our services as an expert in the assigned workloads.
  • Preparethe technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required.
  • Monitor business health for assigned workloads by working closely and conducting business reviews with finance sales marketing customer success and services teams to ensure the success of the planned objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Manage and lead the relationship with assigned vendors/ partnersby acting as single point of contact for business reviews and any partnerships requirements.
  • Directly or through a team; manage and supervise any operation process related to the vendors agreement that include lead registration discounts order placement incentive vouchers and rebates management through the announced vendors channel or portals.
  • In cooperation with customer success teams make sure existing customers are satisfied and renewals are on track. Plan for CrossSell and UpSell to existing customers by identifying new services or enhancement to existing service that contribute to customers success and numeric objectives.
  • Deliver directly and indirectly product and service training and workshops to increase sales marketing and service delivery awareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. This may include onboarding for new team members that will engage at any of the mentioned functions.
  • Content Creation: Help define new technical and market content such as white papers technical concept notes product plans competitive battle cards product videos blog posts market analyses and any other material that enable/support our customers and other internal teams.
  • Leadtechnical demonstration: Execute demos/presentationsfor customers and internal sales and marketing team members. Create and document specific alignment between a technology/servicedemonstration and a solution vision. Set a highquality bar for demo/presentationcuration and delivery while engaging with a variety of customer roles both management and technical.
  • Leadcustomer business value identification and discovery understand how our services and their unique differentiation can be used within the customers existing architecture and business environment.
  • Lead technical workshops seminars and engagements with customers who are interested in an indepth understanding of our solutions and services.

Requirements

Certification Requirements:

Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required if any.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • ITIL Expert (Must)
  • ISO/IEC standard Lead Auditor or Implementor in one or more domains (Must)
  • COBIT 2019 Foundation (Preferred)
  • COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation (Preferred)
  • TOGAF (Preferred)
  • IT4IT (Preferred)
  • ARIS Orbus iServer or Mega knowledge (preferred)
  • BMPN 2.0 Practitioner (Preferred)


Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and work experience 7 years experience) in ITSM framework and standards; should participated (as a leader or key consultant) in ISO standards & certification projects.
  • Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business modeling skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing sales services customer success and finance).
  • Extensive knowledge in document and report writing in both Arabic and English.
  • 3 years technical experience in one or more IT domains (Infrastructure Application Security etc.
  • Strong understanding of standard process design process development and process implementation methodologies tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to review and understand large amounts of information and its interrelation dependency flow and input/output
  • Experience working across private and public sectors across EMEA particularly in GCC
