Job Description

About the Role:

As a Construction Administrator you will support executive leadership and assist with the permitting process to ensure smooth daytoday operations. This role requires strong administrative skills attention to detail and the ability to manage highvolume correspondence while tracking key project deadlines. You will work closely with senior leadership project managers and external stakeholders in a fastpaced highend residential construction environment.

Daily Life:

Manage executive schedules coordinate meetings and handle highvolume email correspondence. Assist with permitting processes by organizing paperwork and tracking deadlines. Maintain project tracking systems and support leadership with administrative tasks to streamline workflow and ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Manage scheduling email correspondence and document organization.
  • Assist with permitting processes ensuring paperwork is completed and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar software.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams clients and external partners.
  • Support the smooth of highend residential construction projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 years of experience in a highlevel administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools (preferred but not required).
  • Strong scheduling and email management skills.
  • Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with senior executives and fastpaced environments.
