Permanent 39hours per week
Roofer
We are on the lookout foroperativesto join our successful Home Repairs Service (HRS) team to undertake high quality proactive repairs to our properties and make the difference to our customers in our 7000 homes.
We are seeking someone with a good knowledge of repairs work within domestic properties holding a strength and qualification in Roofingand having some experience in other trades.
Our HRS team are great at customer service and have experience using tablets and mobile phones at work. All our operatives receive a company van when they join us so a full driving licence is required.
Joining Alliance means you will have access to a wide range of training courses including training on nonlicensed asbestos removal.
We have homes across WestonSuperMare and other areas of North Somerset. On occasion you may need to attend properties in Bristol.
As one of our operatives you will be assigned a specific area where you will work the majority of the time but you may have to work in another business area (with prior notice).
We will be reviewing applications and interviewing candidates as they are received therefore we would recommend submitting an application as soon as possible as the vacancy may close early.
