About the Position
Dexis Professional Services is seeking Funds and Operations Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart Germany and/or Naples Italy.
The Funds and Operations Analyst place of duty will be Headquarters MARFOREUR/AF. The Funds and OperationsAnalyst supports the AC/S for Resources (G8 and reports to the Comptroller or Deputy Comptroller for daily mission related assignments and tasks
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative duties to track specific budget and accounting funds.
- Tracks and analyzes fiscal operations logistics travel reconciliation information management recordkeeping and general administrative support functions.
- Maintains competency practices and recommends and updates those practices and functions to meet and exceed minimum levels of output in all Comptroller and Operational functional areas.
- Provides subject matter expertise in support of exercise budget planning forecasting tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintains program and administrative reference materials and maintains an effective relevant and executable support to exercises and consistently reviews lessons learned to apply them to future efforts.
- Provides inputs to unclassified and classified reports and briefs.
- Prepares and submits various documents to MARFOREUR/AF Divisions higher adjacent and subordinate commands other US Government agencies and foreign partner and multinational partner military organizations and coordinates and tracks such correspondence.
- Acts as a DTS Routing Official for the MARFOREUR/AF G8 and other MARFOREUR/AF offices as directed. Applies analytical and budgetary techniques as part of the command DTS approval process for travel authorizations and vouchers
Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelors degree in a related field and 6 years
of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience. - Possesses a US Secret or higherlevel clearance and a valid passport.
- Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in Europe Africa and the United States.
- Must be able and willing to travel occasionally (up to 10.
- Fluent in the JTR and DOD Financial Management Regulation (FMR).
- Proficient as a DTS Routing Official.
- Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel and SharePoint.
- Previous military experience and experience working at military service component or similar headquarters preferred.
