Our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Quincy provides care in an innovative new integrated model! The CBH Clinician provides comprehensive and integrated clientcentered care using evidencebased practices that are delivered by both inperson and telehealth modalities. This clinician collaborates with key partners involved in the clients care including other Aspire CBHC team members behavioral health professionals medical staff and social services

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field
• Previous experience working with adults children and families in an outpatient setting
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
• CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training.
