What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive coordinated care.
- Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI DPH DMH and CARF regulations.
What You Bring:
- Licensure: Must be eligible to apply for independent licensure within 2 years.
- Education: Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or a related clinical field.
- Skills:
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Excellent communication time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
