Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Support (Summer position)

Fulltime hours Monday to Friday from 9 am5 pm (EST)
$20/hour

Uniques 50 years of engineering and manufacturing industryleading appliances Unique has modernized the offgrid kitchen with our line of truly Unique battery ignition propane & solar DC appliances. In addition an extensive lineup of stylish convection gas ranges and matched pair retro appliances in a variety of sizes and colours to choose from.
We are currently looking to bring on a Summer Students to provide support to both our Sales and Customer Service teams. This position is to start as soon as possible and will end on August 29 2025.
Job Duties:
Answering customer calls and emails and triaging as required
Responding to dealer location inquiries and other general inquiries
Answering basic tech support questions
Accurately recording customer interactions in CRM system
Inputting parts and appliance orders ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time
Developing and delivering a weekly sales reports
Assisting with the creation of sales support materials
Providing support to other departments such as Marketing and Supply Chain/Logistics as required
Requirements:
Enrollment in a postsecondary institution (Business Marketing Commerce or Administration would be an asset but not required)
Bilingual in English and French required
Demonstrated customer service skills and a high attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft environment especially MS Office Suite
Ability to apply timemanagement skills in a dynamic environment including high organizational skills
Familiarity with cloudbased ERP and/or CRM systems would be an asset
