The team & role
You will be part of the Popular Pays team where were revolutionizing how brands connect with creators and influencers through our innovative allinone platform. Our team is building technology that transforms traditional influencer marketing into a seamless datadriven experience enhanced by cuttingedge generative AI capabilities. Each team member plays a crucial role in shaping our product from crafting intuitive user interfaces to developing robust backend systems that power thousands of successful brandcreator collaborations. We are driven by efficiency and innovation constantly pushing the boundaries of whats possible in content creation and campaign management by integrating AIpowered tools that streamline workflows and enhance creative output. We practice modern development methodologies and are passionate about creating elegant scalable solutions that make complex processes feel effortless. Most importantly were a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in building technology that empowers both brands and creators to achieve extraordinary results through the perfect blend of human creativity and artificial intelligence.
What you will be doing
- Owning endtoend feature development from designing scalable backend services to crafting intuitive UI components.
- Brainstorming feature design system architecture improvements and troubleshooting.
- Building and integrating cuttingedge generative AI capabilities into our products through APIs and custom implementations.
- Writing clean maintainable and testable code and inspiring others to do the same.
- Mentoring junior developers through code reviews pair programming and technical guidance.
Your skills and experience
- 2 years backend development experience building productiongrade systems (hopefully with Python).
- 2 years experience with modern frontend development including expertise in React or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails a plus
- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs microservices and distributed systems.
- Solid experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Deep knowledge of computer science including (but not limited to): Operating Systems Algorithms Concurrency and Data Structures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices a plus
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and ML system integration a plus
