North Central Health Care serves Langlade Lincoln and Marathon counties within the fields of longterm care short term care mental health treatment addiction services physical therapy crisis stabilization and so much more. The Opportunity:
Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) create strong and loving bonds with the residents we care for. Make a difference in another persons life every day as a dedicated professional caregiver helping residents with their daily needs. Get a smile just by walking in the door!
We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $22.00 per hour which includes shift differential for PM and Night shifts. We also offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule. Shifts are 6:00am2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm or 10:00pm6:00am.
What Youll Do:
- Provide quality care to residents promoting their rights dignity and individuality.
- Attend to the individual needs of residents such as assistance with grooming hygiene feeding transfer ambulation and range of motion.
- Maintain a safe homelike environment for residents.
- Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
- Create deep relationships with residents coworkers and families.

What You Bring:
- Respectful and helpful demeanor with a focus on teamwork.
- Reliable attendance.
- Willingness to adapt to changing surroundings and a variety of vulnerable populations.
- Detail focused communication.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal state and local codes pertinent to role based on job title.
