Job Description
Job Location:Pune/Hyderabad (Preferred Location: Pune)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies project management and ERP projects in the banking and finance domain. This role will be pivotal in guiding teams to deliver quality outcomes removing blockers and ensuring smooth project .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master with 5 years of handson experience enabling Agile teams to deliver highquality results.
- Monitor and control deliverables against the project plan ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the BA team to identify and eliminate blockers for seamless project progression.
- Regularly report project status to the Fusion OBP program platform leads and other stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies meetings and decisionmaking processes.
- Coach teams on Agile values principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage JIRA for tracking team deliverables and ensure compliance through followups.
- Update and maintain resource allocation files to optimize utilization.
- Produce and share detailed status reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience:Strong ITPM skills with a proven track record of managing ERP projects in the banking and finance industry.
- Agile Expertise:Extensive knowledge and application of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Stakeholder Management:Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools Knowledge:Proficiency in JIRA management and familiarity with DevOps tools and their implementation.
- Certifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and concise messaging across teams.
