Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our diagnostics sales team in Promea Therapeutics Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our diagnostics products including analyzers rapid tests POC analyzers & RTPCR tests to hospitals and laboratories through authorised distributors. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge sales acumen and customer relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for diagnostics products in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate key markets and drive product adoption.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including potential clients and partnerships.


Distributor Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations training sessions and workshops for customers and partners.


Technical Support:

  • Serve as a technical resource for customers offering guidance on product usage troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Territory Management:


  • Plan and execute regular field visits to customers within the assigned territory.
  • Manage customer accounts ensuring timely order fulfillment invoicing and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipeline.


Qualifications:


  • Education:Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:Minimum of 23 years of sales experience in the diagnostics or medical devices industry with a strong understanding of laboratory products and solutions.
