Job Title: PI Insurance Broker
Salary: to DOE
Location: Glasgow
Purpose of the role:
Due to continued growth and ongoing success this respected specialist insurance broker is seeking an additional team member to join them and work as part of a team of experienced brokers and account executives in the provision of professional indemnity insurance to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Deal with new and existing commercial professional indemnity insurance risks.
- Develop your knowledge of the PI insurance marketplace.
- Provide quotations and renewals deal with MTAs market submission presentations etc.
- Working independently with wider team and alongside Account Executives and Directors.
- Attend networking and conference events.
- Build strong insurer and client relationships.
- Attend client visits where appropriate.
- Ensure records remain compliant and up to date.
- In line with client requirements provide a tailored service.
Experience:
- A track record within the commercial insurance marketplace.
- A knowledge of or willingness to train in the specialist PI Sector.
- Team player who is confident ambitious and looking to progress within the industry.
- Confident in building relationships and negotiating with insurers and clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to timemanage.
