We will train as needed and give you a career that grows with you! If you are experienced in fitting we have opportunities starting at an increased pay rate available as well.
GMF wants our employees to be as excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company as we are so we offer a merit incentive for all welders. Pay rates include $180/Month as incentive for the first 90 days and after 90 days you will be eligible for our standard production incentive.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and willingness to strive for GMFs high company standards.
Salary Range:
- $16 $25/Hour
- Salary dependent upon experience
Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00AM 4:30 PM
- Saturdays: 6:00AM12:00PM
- Schedule adjusted according to workload; Occasional to constant according to schedule.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass all preemployment screening including weld tests
- Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks

Compensation: $16.00 $25.00 per hour
