Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through research networking and prospecting.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and inquiries for our web development and digital marketing services.
Utilize your industry knowledge to effectively identify and reach out to decisionmakers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients business needs challenges and goals to propose tailored solutions that align with our services.
Act as a trusted advisor providing valuable insights and recommendations to the client.
Sales Process Management:
Lead the endtoend sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present our services to potential clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that highlight the value we bring to clients.
Advanced Platform Knowledge:
Demonstrate expert knowledge of various content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms.
Effectively communicate the technical capabilities of our services and how they can address clients specific requirements.
CRM Utilization:
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads opportunities and client interactions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities forecasts and progress.
Efficient Communication and Presentation:
Exhibit exceptional English language proficiency both written and verbal.
Conduct effective presentations to showcase our agencys capabilities case studies and success stories.
Clearly articulate our value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives in line with the agencys growth strategy.
Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and conversion rates
