We are looking for a Account Manager / Business Developer to further develop our private sector client base specifically in Brussels.
The ideal candidate will be proactive positive innovative customerfocused responsive and capable of developing and selling tailored solutions while consistently delivering results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Account Manager / Business Developer you will be responsible for three main areas:
SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Support and implement the commercial strategy and sales plan established for private and international clients in Brussels.
- Build consultative relationships with all clients to position Talan at the heart of upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain excellent relationships within the client community and industry to identify new business opportunities aligned with the growth plan.
- Ensure proactive highquality submissions and successfully close deals with margins aligned with country strategy.
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
- For each opportunity develop a win strategy including competitive analysis and pricetowin.
RECRUITMENT:
- Identify and engage potential candidates who meet the requirements of our clients:
- Write and publish job advertisements.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews.
- Support candidates in preparing for client interviews.
- Facilitate the hiring process.
PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Build a network of partners to provide the best matching solutions for clients: subcontractors service providers etc.
- Define the strategy and terms of these partnerships.
- Evaluate review and defend partner proposals to clients.
- Be the main point of contact for partners including consortium members when applicable.
- Attend consortium steering committees.

Qualifications :
- High level of knowledge within the private sector particularly in business development and client management
- Proven success in implementing / delivery growth strategy with Belgium
- Open minded and able to interact with confidence with all stakeholders
- Motivated by challenge and looking for business success.
- Has a track record of working in sales and recruitment preferably within Belgium Private sector.
- Enjoys teamworking and is used to an environment that requires cooperation with bidding legal finance and operational teams to achieve results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exercises good judgement with decisionmaking skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly cut through to determine resolution communicate key messages simply and effectively to the business
- Fluent in Dutch and French language as a minimum English is a plus.
