Job Overview:
As a Tire & Alignment Technician you will be responsible for performing tire and alignment services on a variety of vehicles. You will use your technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems to diagnose and repair any alignment issues and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tire and alignment services on various types of vehicles
Inspect and assess alignment issues using the latest diagnostic equipment
Recommend and perform necessary repairs
Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Keep a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Stay uptodate with the latest automotive technology and advancements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tire & Alignment Technician
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and alignment procedures
Ability to use diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
ASE certification is an asset
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment including lifting up to 50lbs
Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
