Regional Controller
Premiere Southeast Construction Manager Oversee Financial Operations for Growing Business Units
Position Overview:
The Regional Controller leads accounting and financial reporting for multiple highperforming business units driving financial strategy ensuring strong internal controls and managing a team of 30 project accountants. This role is critical to supporting the companys growth and operational excellence while aligning financial operations with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all accounting functions including monthly closings WIP forecasts and management reporting.
- Oversee contract reviews project setups and billing processes as needed.
- Recruit mentor and develop a highperforming accounting team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Implement and enhance internal controls budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights through detailed reporting and presentations.
- Support cash management collections and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in job costing and revenue recognition for construction companies.
- Proficiency in integrated accounting software and advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with Procore software is a plus.
