Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH is a 100 subsidiary of Volkswagen AG. In addition to the vehicle plant in Zwickau we also own the engine plant in Chemnitz and the plant in Dresden. Together we currently have around 13000 employees. We look back on a long tradition in automotive engineering. Brief Role Description
Conducts HR trend analyses market research and other analyses develops and manages HR strategy and concepts or aspects thereof including HR project portfolio innovation concepts roadmaps methods and tools.
