Job Description
Our client is one of the areaslargest land surveying and environmental consulting firms. As they continue to grow they are lookingfor a top RPLS / Project Manager in their civil division to join their Midland/Odessa Office.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with other project managerssurvey crews and surveyors to complete surveys and deliver quality services toour clients
- Manage multiple surveyrelatedprojects ranging in size and scope simultaneously
- Research previous survey evidencemaps deeds physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed forsurveys
- Prepare legal descriptions andexhibits for easement rightsofway lotline adjustments and mergers
- Plan and organize surveyingefforts to determine precise location and measurements of points elevationslines areas and contours for construction mapmaking land division titlesmining or other purposes
- Keep accurate notes records andsketches to describe and certify work performed
Requirements
- 8 years of survey experience
- RPLS of Texas
- Project manager experience insurveying highly preferred
- Experience researchingrecordofsurveys and locating monuments
- Experience preparing legaldescriptions filing plats recording surveys and preparing easements
- Experience collecting survey datato support civil and infrastructure survey projects
- Excellent deliverable skills andability to track performance and project delivery while working well in a teamenvironment
- Excellent experience working withsurvey crews while setting clear expectations
- Valid drivers license with insurabledriving record
Desirable Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of AutoCADCivil 3D and Carlson software
- Construction staking experience
- Civil and infrastructureexperience
- Experience surveying duringconstruction and/or preparing asbuilt drawings
