Job Description
A bilingual family in Hampstead NW3 is looking for a Mandarinspeaking nanny to care for their daughter after school. The position is at least 25 hours per week Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Their 4.5yearold daughter is a curious and sweet little girl who speaks Chinese so it would be wonderful if she could continue learning and improving her second language skills. The family is looking for a trusted and reliable nanny to pick her up from school help with homework engage her in fun activities prepare a simple meal (not every day) and assist with her bedtime routine. It would also be helpful if the nanny could get her ready for the next day.
Light housekeeping related to the child such as tidying up toys and organising her room is an essential part of the role as both parents have busy schedules. In addition to regular afternoon care the family would like longer hours during halfterms and school holidays as well as occasional babysitting by prior arrangement.
The proposed start date is just after Easter ideally in the last week of April 2025. Interviews are taking place now.
