Job Description
- Responsible for US client handling queries appropriate assistance via Email/ chat/ voice.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently effectively and empathetically.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right tools.
- Should be flexible with the shifts.
- Salary 3LPA to up to 5LPA Incentives
Eligibility:
- Grad or undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
- 5 days of working 2 Days Off.
- 2 Way cabs
