Job Description
As an experienced site supervisor you are responsible for smooth daily operations on the construction site. Managing monitoring and guiding the various activities of our own workforce and subcontractors are part of your range of duties. You monitor the implementation planning the performance and the quality of the work.
Profile
you have a bachelor degree in structural engineering and at least five years of relevant experience
you have sound technical knowledge of the various structural shell work and finishing activities
you are a born organiser and work perfectly in a team
you are flexible and able to cope with stress
you can express yourself clearly in several languages (Dutch French English and German)
Position in the organisation
you are responsible for the site organization and coordination on site from the start until the completion of the works
you manage your own teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors
you are responsible for the shortterm planning and monitor the overall planning
you are responsable for the quality of the work and the safety on the site
you are present at site meetings and take care of the site administration
you report to the project manager
