SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PRINT MANAGEMENT)

  • As a fulltime hybrid Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the clients business development strategy.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities fostering longstanding client relationships and ensuring the sustained growth of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to reach or exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Regularly assess and report on progress adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and client projects.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development preferably within the Print Management / Print Industry sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends technologies and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Track record of reaching or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  • Experience in the print media industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
