Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team. As a SpeechLanguage Pathologist you will play a vital role in assessing diagnosing and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech language voice and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve patients speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patients progress and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
- Additional Certifications and Licenses preferred
- One year experience in a SNF environment
