Job Description

Open Doors with Every Call You Make

As a New Business Outreach Specialist you ll spearhead top-of-funnel efforts calling business owners booking qualified leads and building a high-quality sales pipeline for the senior sales team. Your energy and persistence will shape new opportunities daily.

About the Client

Your Daily Tasks

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers using CRM data lead lists and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Book 10 fully qualified leads per day into the senior sales team s calendar
  • Add 20 additional unqualified but interested leads per day into the CRM
  • Follow up on website and social media inquiries and qualify leads from the senior team within 24 hours
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including contact info conversation notes and next steps
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify decision-makers at target companies
  • Book and confirm meetings and send follow-up summaries
  • Stay updated with event calendars and prioritize outreach accordingly
  • Clean up CRM duplicates and flag inaccurate records
  • Capture a prospect s attention within the first 30 seconds with a compelling opener

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales telesales or lead generation
  • Confident and resilient communicator with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Skilled at building rapport quickly and delivering strong openers
  • Highly organized with strong time management and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficient with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated and effective in remote or outsourced settings
  • Quick learner with a commercial mindset

Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM
Work setup: Onsite Skopje Macedonia
