Job Description
- Minimum13 years of experience in recruitment.
- Must have knowledge of job boards such as Naukri Apna Indeed.
- Must have done hiring for Manufacturing Retail and FMCG industry.
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and databases.
- Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
- Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
