Lucas James is hiring on behalf of Ascend Aesthetic Partner Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery.

Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery (PVPS) is a premier cosmetic and reconstructive surgery center located in Northeastern Florida. The center specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body as well as providing nonsurgical services to enhance and maintain a youthful look. PVPS is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a respectful discreet and safe manner through ongoing training and expertise.

Role Description

This is a parttime onsite Accounts Payable Clerk role located in Ponte Vedra Beach FL at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for finance tasks using accounting software handling invoicing processes and maintaining clear communication within the team.

Qualifications

Finance and Accounting skills
Proficiency in Accounting Software
Experience in Invoicing processes
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Associates degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Preference given for experience with NetSuite and/or Ramp
