Job Description

New FullService Mens Clothing Store

Davenport IA (tentative opening late summer 2025

Benefits:

base salary

weekly commission opportunity

$1000/month bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

As the store manager it is your responsibility to ensure the best experience possible for every individual walking into our store. It is the store managers duty to ensure every team member knows and understands our product assortment and how to outfit our customers appropriately. Every store manager is the energy creator in each of our stores and should infuse that throughout the team.

Completes store operational requirements by handling appropriate scheduling needs

Maintains store staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training team members

Perform in store as a coach and example to fellow team members

Achieve personal and store sales goals

Markets merchandise by studying advertising sales promotion and planograms

Styles short videos and images for social media with team (minimum of 3 per week)

Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Discovers new ways of promoting the store (ie attending expos college fairs pop

ups)

Leads in store operations by initiating coordinating and enforcing program

procedures rolled out through store owners

Works alongside leadership to ensure proper review procedures are accomplished in

store

Leads team in achieving sales goals and reports data appropriately to leadership

Participates in consistent leadership training and coaching calls to foster a growing

community in store

Qualifications and Skills

Strong customer service skills

Superior management skills

High level of flexibility

Ability to adapt to different customers

Great written and verbal communication skills

Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
